It All Started In A Garage…
Like Apple, Microsoft and Amazon, our founder Byron Johnson started this venture in his garage. While he hasn’t taken over the world (yet), he is a happy outdoors-man/ family man/ski freak who loves foundation repair, knows his business like no other and delivers it straight. He treats your asset like his own and ensures everyone on the crew meets the highest of standards. We have some incredibly talented and experienced Pier Support Specialists on hand to visit with you about your project and provide FREE expert advice, as well as a stellar and beautiful office crew (guess who is writing this) and dedicated installation teams that are the first in and last out 7 days/ week.

Nick Bennett
OFFICE COORDINATOR
Nick is responsible for permits, collections, and scheduling engineering walkthroughs. He loves to ski in the winter, and enjoys playing disc golf and hiking during the warmer months. Nick lived in Texas, New York, Georgia, Louisiana, and North Carolina before finally deciding to settle down in Colorado in 2013.

Daniel Bonnett
BUILDING PERMIT TECHNICIAN
Daniel is tasked with applying for and finalizing building permits and corresponding with each city’s building department. A New Orleans native who moved to Colorado in 2013, he can cook like a Cajun and snowboard like a Coloradan.

Haley Albertson
OFFICE MANAGER
Haley, a master of multitasking, gets the privilege to work for CSR in the comfort of her home, while also raising and playing with her two littles. When off duty, you can find her baking sourdough, crocheting, throwing pottery or spending time with her husband.

Jack Krider
SALES REPRESENTATIVE, ESTIMATOR
Jack, one of our top estimators, came to Colorado after a stint as a train robber with Hank, working at Dollywood in Tennessee. Not kidding. He has pictures to prove it. He has 25 years experience in the construction industry having been involved in the design and construction of many recreation centers on university campuses in Colorado. He has taught facility management and design classes for Colorado State University in Pueblo. He has also remodeled and flipped 10 homes. He is very active outdoors skiing, hiking, and riding dirt bikes. He and his family are always up for the next adventure- the latest of which is being a proud grandpa.

Jake Krider
SALES REPRESENTATIVE, ESTIMATOR
Jake has been with CSR for 3 years now, but helped start the business over a decade ago working in the first crew. He has a background in construction, owning a remodel business for the last 5 years in TN. Married with two children and an awesome dog. Jake loves playing in the outdoors, whether that be camping, riding sxs’s, hiking, biking, fishing or riding dirt bikes. He enjoys working with his clients to assist them on ensuring their home is safe for them and their family. Happy to educate his clients on structural needs and also putting their mind at ease if it is not a structural issue.

Steve Wilcox
SALES REPRESENTATIVE, ESTIMATOR
Steve Wilcox brings with him 20+ years of experience in construction including new builds, remodels, flips and 100+ year old home renovations, as well as 15 years of experience as a fireplace specialist. He knows his stuff! He loves to travel and 4- wheel so he fits right in with the CSR crew. He has been happily married for 34 years, has 3 married kids and 6 grandkids! He is rapidly becoming a vital part of the growing CSR family.
